lifestyle habits to achieve your goals and hopefully improve overall health and longevity in the process. We start with the foundations and build up, so while most coaches will try and throw the kitchen sink at you, I work to help create a smooth and structured journey in order to reach your goals in a way that you will be able to maintain long after we have finished working together.<\/p><p>Weekly check-ins are done via the app to improve adherence, and clients have access to a chat function so that they can ask as many questions along the way that they have.<\/p><p>Videos can also be added if you would like me to help you with your form while you perform any exercise so you can build up your confidence as you go.<\/p><p>I will give you calorie targets, macro designed meal plans for inspiration and exercises for you to follow.
